Please accept my apology for my delay in sending you this letter. Life has been a bit of a whirlwind since the wedding in September, yet, you and the band have been on my mind! Paul and I have wanted to take the time to properly thank you for making our wedding so special and put our thoughts, feelings and recommendation down on paper for future newlyweds to see.

Our wedding on September 17, 2005 was one of the most exciting energetic parties that Overbrook Country Club has seen and the staff and guests are still talking about it! The thank you notes, phone calls and wonderful comments about the wedding began the next day and continued through the holidays!

As a special events planner with the Penn’s Landing Corporation, I knew from the start the music would set the tone for the entire event. I wanted the choice of entertainment to truly reflect our personalities of fun loving, outgoing, partiers! We did extensive research and saw TONS of bands the summer before our wedding, but none seemed to do the trick. The night we came to see you at WarmDaddy’s, we knew in the first 2 songs that we had found the perfect band for our wedding!

We raved about you to our parents and they knew from our reaction, this was the right choice! Your professionalism through the entire booking experience was refreshing! The meetings were relaxed, the song selection process was easy and you even catered to some special requests and learned some new songs!

As the wedding day came, Paul and I were so comfortable and confident the reception would be flawless and that our guests would be able to have a ‘ol fashioned good time! The music was the key to the energy of the evening, leading up to the grand finale fireworks!

We truly appreciate you facilitating the timeline of the speeches, special dedications and especially stopping the music to send everyone outside for the fireworks! Your professional coordination with the staff at Overbrook allowed Paul and I to focus on our guests (and having fun!)
Our families have heard nothing but positive words about the evening….and many “that was the best wedding I’ve ever been too.” The comments overwhelmingly were about the band, the music and the fireworks! You truly made the evening memorable for all of our guests and that was our goal!

I would be happy to speak with any potential newlyweds and give my personal recommendation of the Renaissance Orchestra! I also look forward to working with you again in my professional career!
